Return Policy

Please call the VIP Scooters customer service line and ask to speak with a Customer Service Representative if you are in any way dissatisfied with the product you have purchased, regardless of the reason. Please be aware that you are required to initiate the Return Process within fifteen calendar days of the product's delivery to you.

If that time has passed, unfortunately, we are unable to accept returns.

It is required that you have the original packaging. The product must be whole and free from any kind of damage; in addition, a photo documenting the product's condition from all angles must be included with the submission. If these conditions are fulfilled, we will grant permission for the return.

You are responsible for paying any and all costs associated with Product Shipping, in addition to a Restocking fee of 20%. Within three to five business days after the returned item has been received and inspected at our warehouse, we will issue a refund less any applicable shipping and restocking fees.

If you need to return an item to VIP Scooters, please call us and provide the order number along with specifics regarding the item you would like to return. We will get back to you as soon as possible with detailed instructions on how to return the items that you ordered.
