The EW10 grabs attention with its sharp angles and its top speed of 15 mph. This scooter has speed, sports-bike looks, and a 40-mile charge range, making it suitable for a day's worth of riding. An under-seat storage bin and a lockable rear locker provide plenty of space in the EW-10. You may leave your scooter in peace by activating the alarm system, and when you're ready to continue your journey, you can do so with the push of a button, thanks to the scooter's electronic key fob.
Even though the EW-10 stands out visually from the crowd, it is still vital to take precautions when going at higher speeds for extended periods of time. Each of the scooter's wheels is equipped with a drum brake. By pulling the appropriate levers, you will have complete command of your braking. When you're stopped, the scooter's parking brake will keep it safe. You can see completely behind you thanks to the two mirrors. There will be moments when you don't need to travel at 15 MPH, and a twist throttle will let you adjust the speed accordingly. Your visibility and safety on the road can be maximized with a comprehensive lighting system that includes signal lights, brake lights, a taillight, and a high- and low-beam headlight.
There are many convenient features included in the EW-10. The large 26" long by 14" wide seat has adjustable backrests, so even taller riders can get comfortable. The scooter has a ground clearance of 6.5 inches and can climb an incline of 12 degrees, so it should be able to traverse terrain that would be too difficult for most other scooters. The front wheels are 15 inches in diameter and 3 inches wide, and the rear wheels are 16 inches in diameter and 6 inches wide. An electronic speedometer and a battery gauge show you all you need to know. It's also possible to adjust the maximum speed to your liking between three different settings: low, medium, and high.

WARRANTY EXCLUSIONS: This warranty is only given to the original purchaser of the Scooter.
Battery Charger: 30 day warranty.
Normal wear and tear (tires, tubes, belts, bulbs, upholstery and seating, throttle, brakes, motor brushes, fuses, plastic shrouds and footrest covers)
Damaged caused by: battery fluid spillage or leakage, abuse, misuse, accident, negligence, improper operation, excessive loading, maintenance, storage, commercial use, or use other than normal.
Used other than for the purpose of the purchaser’s mobility.
Repairs and/or modifications made to any part of the scooter without specific and prior consent from E-Wheels.
Batteries: Batteries carry a limited warranty which is subject to a stringent wear and tear clause. Any battery faults due to a defect in the original manufacture will normally become obvious within the first two months of use. Any gradual deterioration in performance after this period is normally associated with fair wear and tear, misuse or accidental damage and as such is not covered by the manufacturer’s warranty. There is no other express warranty.
Please call us at VIP Scooters and speak with a Customer Service Representative. You must initiate the Return Process within 14 calendar days of receiving the Product. After that time frame has passed, we are unable to accept returns.
A photo showing the product's condition on both sides must be provided to prove that it is whole and undamaged. We will provide permission for the Return if these conditions are met. You'll need to pay for return shipping for the product, plus a 20% restocking fee.
Within 3–5 business days of the item's return and inspection at our warehouse, you will receive a refund less Shipping and Restocking expenses.
Please be aware that customer returns cannot be processed without the product being returned in the original packing.
