The EW-11 Euro Style 2 color scooter can travel up to 40 miles on a single charge and has a top speed of 12 miles per hour. This scooter has top-notch performance and excellent build quality. This scooter has a detachable back basket, a huge front basket, and space for an electric opener behind the seat. An anti-theft alarm and a remote key fob are also included.
The EW-11's front and rear suspension work together to make for a comfortable ride. With room for just you and one other, it's the epitome of class and convenience. With its large front basket, large lockable under-seat compartment, and large lockable hard-shell storage space in the back, the EW11 has more storage space than any other mobility scooter on the market.
The award-winning design features a maximum speed of 12 mph, a range of 40 miles, and plenty of capacity for storage and cargo. The EW-11 has a built-in anti-theft system and may be controlled using a wireless key fob. A high-performance headlight built for automobiles. WARRANTY EXCLUSIONS: This warranty is only given to the original purchaser of the Scooter.
Battery Charger: 30 day warranty.
Normal wear and tear (tires, tubes, belts, bulbs, upholstery and seating, throttle, brakes, motor brushes, fuses, plastic shrouds and footrest covers)
Damaged caused by: battery fluid spillage or leakage, abuse, misuse, accident, negligence, improper operation, excessive loading, maintenance, storage, commercial use, or use other than normal.
Used other than for the purpose of the purchaser’s mobility.
Repairs and/or modifications made to any part of the scooter without specific and prior consent from E-Wheels.
Batteries: Batteries carry a limited warranty which is subject to a stringent wear and tear clause. Any battery faults due to a defect in the original manufacture will normally become obvious within the first two months of use. Any gradual deterioration in performance after this period is normally associated with fair wear and tear, misuse or accidental damage and as such is not covered by the manufacturer’s warranty. There is no other express warranty.
Please call us at VIP Scooters and speak with a Customer Service Representative. You must initiate the Return Process within 14 calendar days of receiving the Product. After that time frame has passed, we are unable to accept returns.
A photo showing the product's condition on both sides must be provided to prove that it is whole and undamaged. We will provide permission for the Return if these conditions are met. You'll need to pay for return shipping for the product, plus a 20% restocking fee.
Within 3–5 business days of the item's return and inspection at our warehouse, you will receive a refund less Shipping and Restocking expenses.
Please be aware that customer returns cannot be processed without the product being returned in the original packing.
